FarmReign is a rapidly growing company with two locations, one being our headquarters in Wray, CO and the second being located in Holly, CO. We focus on applying today's emerging technology and applying that to agriculture in a value driven way. Some of our biggest dealership lines include, Precision Planting Products, SureFire Ag fertilizer application systems, 360 YieldCenter Products, and Yetter Co. We have begun combining these systems into our own planters built here in our shop using the best components on the market while being extremely competitive in terms of value and pricing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enable the company to achieve its strategic objective by acquiring long-term quality customers and converting leads into sales through the execution of our sales process

  • Plan territory goals and strategize effective methods to target growers based on available market data

  • Maintain a database of accurate and up to date sales actions on Pipedrive

  • Perform lead generation techniques through current customers, networking, referrals, internet searches, trade show conversations

  • Provide training to customers on operation of Precision Planting’s 2020 monitor and control equipment

  • Maintain product knowledge through Precision Planting onsite training and cloud-based tools

  • Utilize agronomic tools provided to educate growers of opportunity in the field (training provided)

  • Help customers to understand and maximize the utilization of the the equipment they purchase from FarmReign to establish long time customers and ensure they receive the most value from products they purchase from us

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Competitive, ambitious and goal oriented

  • Positive attitude & highly motivated with the ability to embrace optimism over negativity

  • Demonstrate the ability to accept change and adapt to a variety of assignments and circumstances

  • Willingness to learn

  • Computer skills: ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and other similar software

  • Ag equipment and precision ag market knowledge – including hands on experience operating tractors, planters & combines
